In a large bowl, add the double cream. Whip till it starts to thicken then sift in the icing sugar and add the vanilla essence.

Continue to whip until soft peaks form (not stiff) so that you can spread it easily over the biscuits.

Cover the base of your dessert dish with a layer of biscuits.

Spread half of the whipped cream on top.

Slightly heat half of the biscoff spread in the microwave and drizzle it over the whipped cream, (do not drizzle it hot).

Cover with a second layer of biscuits and remaining whipped cream.

Pipe lines on top with remaining heated biscoff spread.

Use a skewer to make the pattern and then sprinkle crushed biscuits all around the edges.

Refrigerate a few hours or overnight.

Once ready, slice and serve with any remaining spread and crushed biscuits on top.
