Ingredients
  • 350g/12.3oz -1/2 Chicken Breast cut into small thin strips from Smina Poultry
  • 450g/15.9oz Findus Wok Thai Style Mixed Vegetables
  • 250g/8.8oz Quick Noodles
  • ½ Cup Blue Dragon Hoisin Sauce plus extra
  • Kikkoman Soy Sauce
  • Finely Grated Fresh Ginger or Ginger Paste
  • Hot Chilli Sauce
  • Chicken Cube (crumbled)
  • ¼ Cup Water
Method
  1. Cook noodles according to package instructions.

  2. Strain and transfer to a bowl. Add a drizzle of olive oil, mix through and leave to cool completely before adding to the sauce, (this will prevent the noodles from sticking together).

  3. Toss them around every now and again until they are completely cold.

  4. Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper.

  5. In a pan with a little butter and olive oil cook the chicken breast

  6. Add the ginger and crumbled cube, stir through for a few minutes then add the hoisin sauce, quite a few dashes of soy sauce and hot sauce to your liking.

  7. Mix together then add the mixed veggies and water.

  8. Simmer until vegetables are cooked, about 5 minutes then add the noodles.

  9. Mix well together. Add more hoisin sauce, soy sauce and ginger if needed to taste until you reach the right amount to have fully coated noodles with the sauce.

  10. Enjoy!
