Figs with Ricotta, Pistachios & Honey

This elegant recipe is incredibly easy to make. Serve as a dessert or even as an appetizer – Delicious and indulgent!

  1. Trim the tops of the figs and cut in half crosswise but not to the bottom.

  2. Mix the ricotta with the amaretto. 

  3. Put some ricotta on each piece of the figs, sprinkle with pistachios and drizzle with honey.

  4. Preheat oven 200C/400F.

  5. Place the figs on the top shelf of the oven and broil for a few minutes.

  6. Enjoy!
