An easy and delicious meal made fast and simple in 30 minutes!
[adrotate group="2"] [adrotate group="4"]Cut chicken into strips or bite sized pieces.
Place in a bowl, season with salt and pepper and add the cornflour. Mix together to coat the chicken and set aside.
In a bowl, mix chicken stock, soy sauce, rice vinegar and honey together and set aside.
In a large pan, heat a little butter with olive oil. Sear chicken on both sides for a few minutes.
Add 1 tablespoon butter, ginger and garlic. Stir through for just 1 minute until fragrant.
Add the honey mixture and allow to simmer for a few minutes until sauce thickens and chicken is cooked through. (If you prefer a thicker sauce add a teaspoon of cornflour mixed with a little water to the sauce.) Stir in chilli flakes and serve over a bed of rice.
