This tasty galette is a real savoury treat perfect for breakfast, lunch or as a daytime snack! Easy, quick and delicious!
Fry the onion and garlic in a little olive oil and butter until softened. Add mushrooms and cook for about five minutes stirring frequently.
Add soy sauce, thyme, salt and pepper. Cook for about 3 to 5 minutes.
Remove from heat and set aside to cool, then stir in the sliced sausages.
Place the pastry sheet with the baking sheet underneath into a small dish.
Scatter the Emmental cheese over the base of the pastry, top with the mushroom/sausage filling, and fold over the pastry.
Brush the top of the pastry with a beaten egg and sprinkle some sesame seeds on top.
Bake in oven 200C/400F for about 30 minutes or until slightly golden.
Remove from oven and make 2 small wells in the center of the galette.
Add the eggs on top and bake for 10 minutes more or until the eggs are cooked to your liking.
Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and freshly ground black pepper.
