This peach custard tart has a spiced shortcrust pastry and a creamy custard filling loaded with sweet peaches on top. It's a delicious end to any meal!
[adrotate group="2"] [adrotate group="4"]Prepare the pastry and place into a butter greased 28cm/11inch tart pan.
Prick the bottom with a fork and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Remove from the fridge, cover with baking paper and fill with beans.
Bake blind in preheated oven 200C/400F for 15 minutes, remove baking paper and bake a further 10 minutes.
Remove crust from oven and arrange peace slices on top of pastry whilst it's still warm.
Reduce temperature to 180C/350F.
Combine filling ingredients in a bowl with a whisk.
Pour filling mixture over sliced peach and bake for 45 minutes or until crust is golden brown and filling is set. If not eaten in a day, keep refrigerated.

Peach tart can also be made without any top pastry design and instead add slivered almonds on top.
