Ingredients
  • 36 Slices Salami, large size
  • 12 CubesRed Cheddar
  • 12 Cubes Emmental Cheese
  • 12 Black Olives
  • 12 Red Grapes
  • 6 , Gherkins halved
  • 12 Crackers
  • 12 Rosemary Sprigs
  • 12 Cup Muffin Tin
Method
  1. Preheat oven to 200C/400F.
  2. Place 3 slices of salami, slightly overlapping in a circular shape over the muffin cup. With a glass, push it into the cup to form a salami bowl. The edge must come up a bit higher than the muffin tin as the salami will shrink during baking.
  3. Bake for 10 minutes. Let cool in baking pan for 5 minutes then transfer to a wire rack and cool completely.
  4. Fill each cup with 1 cube of both cheeses, grape, half a gherkin, cracker, olive and rosemary sprig for garnish.
  5. Enjoy!
