Tuna Patties with Dill Sauce

Ingredients - Serves 14 Patties
    Patties:
  • 3 (160g/5.6oz) Tins Tuna in oil (drained)
  • 3 Eggs (beaten)
  • Zest of ¼ Lemon
  • 3 Tbsp Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 Stick Celery (finely chopped)
  • Small Onion (finely chopped)
  • 2 Garlic (crushed)
  • ½ Cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 Tsp Mustard (Dijon)
  • Fresh Chives (chopped)
  • Parsley (chopped)
  • Dill Sauce
  • ¼ Cup Mayonnaise
  • ¼ Cup Sour Cream
  • ½ Tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 Tsp Lemon Juice
  • Fresh or Dried Dill (herbs to your liking)
  • Pinch of Salt
Method
    Patties:
  1. Mix all ingredients together and form into patties. Leave them to rest in the fridge for at least an hour.

  2. Heat 2 tablespoons olive oil with a teaspoon butter and fry the patties in a pan just for a few minutes on each side.

  3. Dill Sauce:
  4. Mix all ingredients together.

  5. Either drizzle the sauce on top of the patties or serve on the side.

  6. Enjoy!
