Great for entertaining or for a light Summer Lunch served with a Crispy Side Salad!

Drizzle one tablespoon honey on each sheet of puff pastry.
Divide walnuts, cheese and parmesan cheese and scatter over each sheet of pastry.
Top with thyme and season with cracked salt and pepper.
Roll up each sheet of pastry and cut in half lengthways. After cutting squeeze the pastry a bit together to keep the filling in.
Twist each length of pastry and make a round coil shape like a snail attaching the remaining pieces by pinching the ends together.
Brush with milk and sprinkle with thyme.
Bake in oven for about 30 minutes until pastry is puffed and golden and cooked through.
Remove from oven, scatter some walnuts and extra thyme on top.
