An easy and delightful appetizer, snack or light lunch!
[adrotate group="2"] [adrotate group="4"]Unroll the pastry, leave it on its packaging paper and place it in a round 28cm/11-inch baking dish. Fold the edges with your fingers, forming a cord.
Prick the base with a fork, cover the surface with baking paper and fill with dried beans, (this will prevent the pastry from swelling).
Bake in oven at 200C/400F for 20-30 minutes or until pastry is cooked and turns golden. When ready, remove the beans and leave to cool completely.
Fill pastry shell with rucola, sliced mozzarella and parma ham. Season mozzarella slices with oregano, drizzle top with olive oil, balsamic glaze and freshly ground pepper.
Your puff pastry tart is ready to be served and cut into slices.
