Parma Ham & Burrata Puff Pastry
Ingredients
Main:
Method
-
Unroll the pastry, leave it on its packaging paper and place it in a round 28cm/11-inch baking dish. Fold the edges with your fingers, forming a cord.
-
Prick the base with a fork, cover the surface with baking paper and fill with dried beans, (this will prevent the pastry from swelling).
-
Bake in oven at 200C/400F for 20-30 minutes or until pastry is cooked and turns golden. When ready, remove the beans and leave to cool completely.
-
Fill pastry shell with rucola, sliced mozzarella and parma ham. Season mozzarella slices with oregano, drizzle top with olive oil, balsamic glaze and freshly ground pepper.
-
Your puff pastry tart is ready to be served and cut into slices.
-
Enjoy!
