These Garlic Butter Shrimps makes a quick weeknight dinner and are also great to be served as an appetiser!
[adrotate group="2"] [adrotate group="4"]In a small bowl mix the onion, garlic, paprika, lemon, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper together.
Place the shrimp in a large bowl and drizzle some olive oil on top. Mix to coat then add the seasoning and mix together until shrimp are well coated with the seasoning.
In a large pan, pour 4-5 tablespoons olive oil. When the oil is hot, on medium heat fry the shrimp for 1 minute per side next to each, not over crowded in the pan. Remove and set aside.
To the same pan, add the butter. When it starts to melt, add the crushed garlic and cook for about 30 seconds stirring continuously.
Now add the dried parsley, stir through then add the shrimp. Cook for a few minutes until shrimp are heated through.
