Cake:

  1. Preheat oven 180C/350F.

  2. Grease the inside of a glass pyrex bowl with butter.

  3. In a large bowl put the brown sugar, milk, and butter and melt it all together in the microwave.

  4. Whisk in the flour and cocoa. Mix the eggs together and whisk them in too until it's all combined.

  5. Pour the mixture into your Pyrex bowl and bake in the oven for 40 minutes.

  6. Check it after 40 minutes and turn the heat down to 170C/340F.

  7. Cook for another 10 minutes or until a skewer inserted comes out clean.

  8. Let it cool completely before adding the chocolate ganache.

Ganache:

  1. Melt the butter, dark chocolate, and cream together in the microwave. Leave to cool for about 15 minutes to set and thicken.

  2. Cut any bumpy part of your pudding cake, so that you can flip it over and decorate it upside down.

  3. Cover the cake with ganache then cover with Maltesers. Put the cake in the fridge to chill for 1 hour.

  4. Remove and top with melted white chocolate and decorate with a Christmas Holly.

  5. Enjoy!
