  1. In a large bowl mix all ingredients together by hand.

  2. Refrigerate mixture until firm enough to roll into balls - about 30 minutes.

  3. Once chilled, roll the dough into 1oz balls. If the mixture is still a little sticky, you can dampen your hands to make the rolling process easier.

  4. Refrigerate once again to allow them to firm up before eating. Keep refrigerated in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
