Ingredients

Method

  1. Cut out 12 triangles from the pastry and lay them in a circle slightly overlapping each other on a baking sheet of paper.

  2. Spread cranberry sauce onto the pastry, and top with brie and bacon. Fold triangle tips over the filling and tuck under the base to secure.

  3. Brush the top of the pastry with beaten egg and sprinkle with some poppy seeds.

  4. Bake in oven 200C/400F for about 30-45 minutes or until pastry is cooked and golden on top.

  5. Garnish with fresh rosemary or chopped parsley and serve.

  6. Enjoy!

  • The wreath can be made and kept covered in the fridge a day before baking.
