Fruit & Yoghurt Parfaits

These healthy and easy Fruit and Yogurt Parfaits don’t just look pretty but are delicious too! Layers of creamy yoghurt, fresh fruit, honey and crunchy granola. Perfect for breakfast or as a healthy daytime snack.

  1. Slice enough strawberries and kiwi to fit around your glasses and dice the remaining pieces. 

  2. Place the sliced strawberries and kiwi on a paper towel to absorb the moisture from the fruit.

  3. Start by filling the base of your glasses with diced strawberries. 

  4. Next place the sliced strawberries around the glass. 

  5. Fill with yoghurt till you reach the top of the sliced strawberries. 

  6. Now place the sliced kiwi around the glasses and fill the middle with the remaining diced kiwi. 

  7. Top with remaining greek yoghurt, pour a tablespoon of honey on top and finish with crunchy granola or muesli. 

  8. Garnish with a rose cut strawberry or halved and a mint sprig. 

  9. Serve and enjoy!
