No Bake Caprese Tart

Can be served as a Light Snack or as an Appetizer

  1. Mix the melted butter to the crushed biscuits then stir in the milk.

  2. Press down on the base and sides of a 28cm tart pan and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

  3. Spread the pesto sauce all over the base and top with slices of tomatoes, mozzarella, ham, salami, lettuce and olives. 

  4. Refrigerate until ready to serve, at least for one hour.

  5. Before serving flavour with oregano, drizzle olive oil and balsamic glaze.

  6. Enjoy!


Can also be made with a pastry base.
