  1. Mix all the ingredients together except the ham.

  2. Prepare pie dish with pastry and brush it all over with egg white even the sides...this will seal it from becoming wet.

  3. Scatter chopped ham on the pastry base and cover with ricotta filling.

  4. Brush pastry top with beaten egg and sprinkle some sesame and poppy seeds.

  5. Bake in oven 200C/400F until golden.

  6. Enjoy!
