Strawberry & Chocolate Mousse

  1. Prepare jelly according to instructions.

  2. Chop 2/3 strawberries and place them into your dessert cups, add the jelly and leave to set.

  3. Pour the milk and cream into a saucepan and sprinkle the gelatin powder over the milk. Leave for about 5 minutes then add the sugar, cocoa and water.

  4. Over medium heat stir continuously until it just starts to bubble (do not boil) Remove from heat and leave to cool completely before adding it to the jelly.

  5. Leave to set in the fridge.

  6. The whipped cream on top is optional, you can serve them with just strawberries on top.

  7. Enjoy!
