Serves 8 people 4 Oreo Balls each

Method

  1. In a food processor crush the oreo biscuits.

  2. Add the philadelphia cheese and mix again. If it doesn't all blend together continue to mix it through by hand until it forms a smooth dough.

  3. Form into balls and place on a baking sheet. Refrigerate for 30 minutes so they firm up or 15 minutes in the freezer.

  4. Melt the white chocolate in the microwave stopping and stirring in between so it won't burn.

  5. When nearly all melted stir it with a hand balloon whisk until smooth then add the vegetable oil and continue stirring until well combined.

  6. Add food colouring and mix again until you reach the color desired.

  7. Dip balls into chocolate and place onto a clean baking sheet and decorate. If you are going to drizzle chocolate on top, refrigerate first for the chocolate to harden.

  8. Keep refrigerated in an airtight container until ready to serve.

  9. Enjoy!

Note

It is important to use an oil base food colouring otherwise the chocolate will simple harden.
