Method

Loacker Balls -

  1. In a food processor, crush the wafers and hazelnuts and transfer to a large bowl.
  2. Warm the nutella slightly (this will make it easier to mix with the crushed wafers and hazelnuts). Add the nutella to the filling and mix together.
  3. Refrigerate for 30 minutes, then roll into balls and coat in crushed hazelnuts.
  4. Place back in the fridge to set.

Decoration -

  1. Mix and match your balls as desired.
  2. If you are going to coat the balls in chocolate refrigerate again for 30 minutes after forming into balls.
  3. For the chocolate coated balls, I inserted a whole hazelnut in the middle whilst rolling into a ball).
