Cheesy Pull Apart Garlic Bread

Soft white bread rolls filled with mozzarella coated in garlic butter. A super easy quick garlic bread recipe and tastes unbelievable!! A perfect starter or side dish for any meal. Please do try!

  1. Preheat oven to 200C/400F. 

  2. Place the rolls in a baking dish to fit the exact size of rolls.

  3. Cut 2 slits down the rolls but not all the way to the bottom. 

  4. Fill the slits with shredded mozzarella cheese.

  5. Spread the garlic butter all over the top of the rolls. 

  6. Bake in oven for about 20 minutes until cheese is melted and golden on top. 

  7. Enjoy!
