Ingredients

• 5 Jelly Cakes/Lamingtons sliced into 4 equal portions
• 250ml/1 Cup Fresh Cream (Whipping Cream), whipped
• Fresh Strawberries
• Fresh Blueberries
• Strawberry Sauce ((Optional))

Method

1. Pipe the whipped cream onto each side of the Lamington, sticking them together as you go around and form a circle.

2. Garnish with fresh strawberries and blueberries, plus extra for serving and drizzle with strawberry sauce.
