Panna Cotta:

  1. Place milk in saucepan and sprinkle gelatin on top, stir and let stand for 10 minutes.

  2. Put on low heat, add sugar, salt and stir till until gelatin and sugar are dissolved, remove from heat and add vanilla.

  3. Place cream in a large jug, pour in the milk and give a quick stir.

  4. Pour into glasses and refrigerate until set.

Strawberry Sauce:

  1. Put strawberries in pan with water and sugar.

  2. Bring to simmer stirring all the time and remove from heat immediately.

  3. Pour into blender and blend to a smooth sauce.

  4. Pass through a strainer to remove seeds.

  5. Cover and let it cool to room temperature then refrigerate until ready to serve.
