Croissants with Whipped Cream & Fruit

A simple sweet dessert that are perfect to share among family and friends! These croissants take less than 30 minutes to make and are incredibly delicious! Simply flatten the croissants, top with whipped cream and fresh fruit and dust with icing sugar.

Ingredients

Method:

  1. Turn the croissants over (top side down), press down and flatten with your hand. 

  2. Whip the double cream until it starts to thicken, then sift in the icing sugar and add the vanilla essence. Continue to whip until stiff. 

  3. Spoon into a piping bag with a flat nozzle or any other nozzle of your choice and pipe the cream onto the base of the croissant. 

  4. Top with sliced strawberries and blueberries. Dust with icing sugar before serving. 

  5. Enjoy!
